We offer digital Islamic education services and dedicate our resources—including teacher time, scheduling, and systems—to each student. To maintain fairness and sustainability, our refund practices are outlined below.

1. Digital Services

Because classes and learning materials are delivered digitally, refunds are generally not available once classes begin.

2. Class Adjustments

If you face issues such as schedule conflicts, teacher mismatch, or technical difficulties, we will:

Adjust timings
Change teachers
Resolve platform issues
Provide makeup classes when appropriate

3. Exceptions

In rare and valid circumstances (e.g., administrative errors or service unavailability), partial or full refunds may be considered at the Academy’s discretion.
